GSE has a solid experience in execution of aspiration and gas purification system projects for various production processes accompanied by release of dust and gases. As a result of the introduction of design solutions in the production, aspiration systems allow to clean the workplace air from fine dust and flue gases to acceptable levels, which effects the performance of process equipment and comfortable working conditions. The design of the aspiration (gas purification) system involves the determination of its main tasks as early as at the design stage.

Gas treatment project to ensure the required microclimate conditions during the year-round operation of the aspiration systems from the vacuum degasser bin trestle ferro-alloy handling areas and the finishing stand in the converter shop No. 1: construction of the aspiration system with a capacity of at least 95,000 m3/h; reduction of emissions to 5 mg/m³; ensuring a dust content level at workplaces not exceeding the sanitary standards within MAC of 6 mg/m³.
Project of off-spec clinker supply bin aspiration system construction to ensure the required microclimate conditions when the aspiration system operates from the handling areas of the clinker storage department: construction of the aspiration system with a capacity of at least 50,000 m3/h; reduction of emissions to 5 mg/m³.
Reconstruction of the blast furnace bin trestle aspiration system to ensure the required microclimate conditions during the year-round operation of blast furnace No. 4 aspiration systems. The project objective is to reconstruct the aspiration system with a capacity of at least 900,000 m3/h from the bin trestle in ordert to reduce the dust emissions to 5mg/m3 and obtain a residual dust content at workplaces within 6mg/m3.
Installation of strip induction heating furnaces before decarburization on continuous annealing units ANO-2 and ANO-10, including integration of the induction furnace control system into the existing unit control system. The purpose of this technical re-equipment is to improve the quality characteristics of the finished product: to reduce the losses for re-magnetization of electrical anisotropic steel (approximately 0.05 W/kg in the mean fields); to increase the magnetic induction (approximately 0.01 T in the mean fields).
The production capacity of the pipe-rolling shop of PJSC «TAGMET» is 475.460 thousand tons of pipes per year. PJSC «TAGMENT» is a manufacturer of casing pipes with «PREMIUM» class threaded connections: with couplingless threaded connection TMK UP TMK-1, with coupling threaded connections TMK UP FMC, TMK UP PF, TMK UP PF ET, TMK UP GF, TMK UP CWB for oil and gas companies. The purpose of the renovation is to increase the volume of production of pipes with an elongated inner transition part of the upset end. Because of reconstruction in axes of columns «13-30» of span «Б-В» of TPP No.1, a section of the press for upsetting the ends of pipes of the pipe-rolling shop Group will be located.
Technical Re-equipment of the Rolling Mill No. 2000 The replacement of frames containing rollers and drives of conveyor systems
The construction of a new continuous annealing unit (CAU) to enable a continuous recrystallization annealing at 1100 ºС of a cold-rolled electrotechnical isotropic steel and applying an electroinsulating coating of class C5 and class C3 (self-bonding yarnish) to the strip. The output is no less than 75 thousand t/yr.
JSC "Vyksunsky Metallurgical Plant". Technical re-equipment of the hazardous production facility "Electric steel melting shop". Increasing the productivity of the Integrated casting and rolling facility (ICRF). The design solutions provide for: Increase the productivity of the LPK from 160 tons to 180 tons of liquid steel by increasing the volume of the EAP (electric arc furnace), replacing the transformer with a more powerful 168 MVA, replacing the chemical energy input package and changes in the bulk material feeding system into the electric arc furnace.
JSC "Vyksunsky Metallurgical Plant". Technical re-equipment of the hazardous production facility "Electric steel melting shop". Increasing the metallurgical length of thin-slab, CCM (continuous-casting machine) of the ICRF (integrated casting and rolling facility). The design solutions provide for: Installation of a new section No.10 of the CCM, a new hydraulic descaling, taking into account electricity, energy and network laying. Installation of a new section No.11 of the CCPP and transfer of the hydraulic descaling installed according to the stage 1, taking into account electricity, energy and network laying.
JSC "Vyksunsky Metallurgical Plant". Technical re-equipment of the hazardous production facility "Electric steel melting shop". Increasing the productivity of the Integrated casting and rolling facility (ICRF). The design solutions provide for: Installation of the system "Automated visual inspection control of the slab" in the process line of continuous casting of slabs at the outlet of the pendulum-type shears.
JSC "Vyksunsky Metallurgical Plant". Technical re-equipment of the hazardous production facility "Electric steel melting shop". Increasing the productivity of the Integrated casting and rolling facility (ICRF). The design solutions provide for: Installation of an additional filter of service water of the vacuum degasser cycle at the pump station for dirty and clean water treatment at ICRF.
